又双叒被套牌！前有ATFX后有中信银行,知名公司成骗子眼中肥肉
一家名为ATUK的公司假冒金融服务集团AT Global Markets（UK）Limited（ATGM）。FCA称，欺诈者的主要策略是虚假声称他们具有相关的经营许可。ATUK试图盗用AT Global Markets的公司名称以及其他合法信息，例如向消费者提及FCA官网，以营造该公司是授权公司的假象。
虚假网站打着ATGM的名义，在每个网页底部公布其官网，并列出其所有的监管牌照编号。FCA授权的经纪商AT Global Markets的网址为www.atfx.com/uk，与该克隆公司的域名atfx-uk.com毫无关联。
此外，该ATFX（ ATGM的商用名称为 ATFX）的克隆公司也一直利用误导性的名称来招揽英国的交易员。该公司不仅假扮知名线上交易公司，而且还在未经授权的情况下运营。消费者就会被该公司欺骗，以为他们正与一家受监管的公司打交道。仅这一点就严重违反了英国法律。
