戒手机第16天，交易记录220801
戒手机第16天，距21天没几天了。现在偶尔还是会刷手机，但基本都能提醒自己该停下来。交易盯盘方面基本不再有漏过交易机会的情况。
前几天看一篇总结编程的文章，其中提到了要让别人阅读代码时心智负担最小。点醒我，交易系统、节奏的选择也是交易时心智负担最小，在临场一刻，没有太多的选项，可以很轻松、很快的做出如何操作的决定。比如最近的行情肯定和佩洛西拟穿访台湾有关，但要从这条信息推导出欧元日元该做多还是做空，对我的思维框架而言就太难，也就会累。但按我现在的交易系统，只看图表则很轻松的就可以做出维持多单的决策。
澳元美元上涨无力，持有多单不动，需要关注跌破0.6994的短差机会。
欧元美元还在大震荡中，持有多单不动。
美元日元、欧元日元下跌放缓，持有空单不动，关注多头的短差机会。
