FCA最新警告：投资者远离Coinexx！
日前，英国金融行为监管局(FCA)发布了一则交易员警示公告，公告内容称一家名为Coinexx的公司可能在未获FCA授权的情况下，向交易员非法提供金融服务或产品。
FCA认为Coinexx存在欺诈交易员、非法集资等严重违法行为的可能。并警告交易员不要与该公司进行任何交易或投资，如果一旦遭受资金损失，将无法使用金融申诉专员服务或受到金融服务补偿计划 (FSCS) 的保护。
FCA表示，根据英国法律，几乎所有在英国境内提供、推广或销售金融产品或服务的公司和个人，都必须获得FCA的正式授权许可。但据FCA调查，Coinexx从未获得过FCA的任何形式的金融业务许可。
