香港监管机构对 AMTD 环球市场有限公司提起法律诉讼
香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）已展开法律程序，要求原讼法庭调查 AMTD 环球市场有限公司（AMTD，现名为东方 XYZ 证券有限公司）及其前高管在首次公开招股（IPO）相关调查中不遵守证监会通知的情况。
证监会的调查涉及在 AMTD 作为簿记管理人、牵头经办人和包销商参与的某些上市公司首次公开发行中涉嫌使用欺诈或欺骗手段及/或披露虚假或误导性信息。
AMTD 的前高管包括前负责官员卢志恒（Lo Chi Hang）、前董事兼主管经理邱伟文（Philip Yau Wai Man）和前紧急联络人兼投诉官员施晓伦（See Hiu Lun）。
监管机构向 AMTD 发出通知，要求提供与 AMTD 在这些首次公开募股中的工作等有关的记录。然而，AMTD 并未完全遵守这些通知。
在证监会向 AMTD 发出会面通知后，该公司的前行政人员并没有按规定出席会面。
如果法庭经研讯后，信纳 AMTD 及该公司的前任行政人员并无合理辩解而不遵从证监会的通知，便可命令 AMTD 交出指明的纪录，以及命令该公司的前任行政人员出席会面，并可按藐视法庭的罪行惩罚该公司的前任行政人员。
