事件描述 2190入的多单，行情最高涨到2223. 此时着手平仓。一直无法平仓开仓。在卡盘接近一个多小时后价格跌至2200 才可以平仓。。
申诉要求 要求EX按照这区间时间内的中间价2210 补偿 即10美金盈利补偿。
