ASIC取消Menon&Associates的牌照
日前，澳大利亚证券和投资委员会 (ASIC) 取消了Menon&Associates Pty Ltd的澳大利亚金融服务(AFS)牌照。
该许可证因Menon&Associates Pty Ltd不再从事金融服务业务而被取消。
如果个人停止开展金融服务业务，ASIC可以取消该个人持有的AFS许可证。
Menon&Associates Pty Ltd可向行政上诉法庭申请对ASIC的决定进行复审。
该公司自2017年6月27日起持有AFS许可证489148。
