技术分析只有在市场环境满足一定条件下才能起到应有的作用。比如，市场必须是一个所有人都可以公平参与的市场，不会受到少数市场参与者的信息也会随着时间的推移而变得越来越不可靠。只有在短线市场上，我们才能确保市场内部现存的玩家具有一贯性。而随着时间周期的拉长，技术分析的作用也会逐渐减弱。
