养老金并轨倒计时！2024年10月起，体制内退休金会有何变化？
而为了能让这两种不同的养老制度并轨，我国早在2014年就宣布，要把这两种养老金保险制度并轨，但鉴于国内人口基数庞大，养老金双轨制并轨工程量浩大。于是就设置了10年的过渡期，至2024年10月结束。这也意味着，从2024年10月起，我国将由原来的双轨制，并轨成一种养老保险制度。实际上，养老金制度并轨，对于企业职工来说，影响并不是很大。但是，对于体制内的人来说，还是存在一定的影响的。
在养老金并轨之后，只是意味着，体制内人与体制外的人一样都要缴纳养老金了，这并不代表体制内的人养老金拿得就比原来少。首先，机关事业单位会给体制内的人按较高标准缴纳养老金，而企业为了节省支出，往往会按照最低标准交纳养老金。这样一来，体制内的人到退休之后，拿到的养老金还是要比企业退休人员要更高一些。再者，不少机关事业单位都会给职工缴纳企业年金。等退休之后，体制内的人可以按月领取。
