英国金融行为监管局（FCA）于2024年4月26日公布了2024年第一季度（2024 年1月1日至2024年3月31日）的金融促销季度数据。
在2024年第一季度，FCA审查了722项来自多个来源的金融促销广告，在对35家授权公司进行干预后，授权公司修改或撤销了2211条促销广告。

零售投资和零售借贷行业的金融广告修正/撤回条数最多，占对授权公司干预的 85%。
一些最常见的违规行为涉及索赔管理公司、信贷经纪公司和差价合约 (CFD) 提供商。
2024年第一季度，FCA共收到5722份关于潜在未经授权企业的报告，并发布了597份关于未经授权企业和个人的警报。其中11%与克隆诈骗有关，欺诈者利用授权公司和个人的名称和地址以及“公司注册号”（FRN）等详细信息来表明自己是真实的。其中许多涉及违反线上金融促销限制。在几乎所有案件中，FCA都要求关闭这些网站。
