CySEC与ITRADER运营商Hoch Capital达成20万欧元和解协议
塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）日前宣布已与塞浦路斯投资公司Hoch Capital Ltd.达成和解，后者是ITRADER等差价合约经纪商的运营商。
Hoch Capital可能违反2017年《投资服务活动及市场监管法》，此次和解CySEC将调查和评估Hoch Capital在以下方面的法规遵守情况：该法关于投资活动的一般原则、关于向客户提供信息的一般原则。
此外，该法规定，塞浦路斯投资公司必须确保：
- 发给客户或潜在客户的所有信息（包括营销传播）都是公平、明确且不具误导性的，且；
- 市场营销传播本身是可以明确识别的。
CySEC与Hoch Capital就可能的违规行为达成和解，金额为20万欧元。据称Hoch Capital已支付了这笔款项。
CySEC指出，所有从和解协议中获得的资金均视为塞浦路斯财政部的收入，不构成CySEC的收入。
