On the one hand, he makes a statement like what we see as per the above. On the other, he says that the government's 0.2% GDP growth forecast for the year remains valid. Can you really even classify 0.2% as "growth"? In 2018, the Italian economy grew by 0.9% and even then that was already sub-par.
