二元期权平台iTrader被以色列检方指控欺诈
据报道，二元期权平台iTrader首席执行官兼所有人Ido Fishman被以色列检方传唤出席听证会，他可能面临欺诈指控。
以色列检方于2016年末对iTrader发起指控，称其只是一个“花言巧语的骗局”。
税务和经济检察官办公室表示，怀疑Fisher未经许可提供投资建议，利用客户缺乏二元期权相关经验，对他们施加不公平的投资压力。
检方称，公司代表没有如实告知客户二元期权交易的风险和盈利概率。他们还夸大了自己的交易经验和业绩。
根据检方声明，从2013年到2016年，iTrader向客户提供二元期权交易。在此期间，通过该平台完成的交易达到上亿谢克尔。
Fisherman和iTrader的代表律师Ronen Rosenblum表示：“我们相信在研究和审查了证据之后，我们将能够说服州检察官办公室，他们会判定公司的行为合法。”
“只有在彻底审查了证据之后，律师的主张才能得到处理。公司员工都否认有任何犯罪行为，我们相信，在听证会上提出这一立场后，检察官办公室也会接受。”■
