世界货币基金组织：美国制裁威胁将限制全球经济反弹
FX168财经报社(香港)讯 周一(01月20日)报道，世界货币基金组织IMF日内警告，全球经济因美国进一步的贸易制裁，社会不稳和环境危机而承受压力，预期将限制未来2年的经济反弹。
综合媒体消息，在半年期薄袄中，IMF表示，全球经济增长在2020年预期速度为3.3%，较此前预测的3.4%有所下调，预期2021年经济增长将放缓0.2%至3.4%。
2019年新兴市场的放缓和贸易方面极具的减少，导致2019年经济增长的全面走软，使得IMF下调了过去一年的经济增长预测至2.9%。
对比最近的2017年经济增长3.8%，以及2006年金融危机时扩张水平5.5%的情形，IMF对2019年的预测形成巨大反差。
IMF表示，对经济预测的下调主要反映了经济活动在部分新兴市场中的负面影响，尤其是印度，导致未来2年的增长预期做出重新评估。
IMF预期中美之间的贸易关系维持难以捉摸，尽管正在进展的谈判出现了零星的好消息。
据IMF，环境危机的成本增加和美国持续对贸易伙伴施压是其对风险预测的主要依据，同时IMF也表示美伊局势和中东地区潜在的社会不稳定，包括天灾人祸已经影响了经济结果，并不仅仅直接当地的增长。
