刚刚！韩国央行紧急降息50个基点至0.75%
北京时间周一(3月16日)下午，韩国央行紧急降息50个基点至0.75%，利率决定从3月17日期生效，美元兑韩元USD/KRW短线波动不大。
周一美联储紧急降息100个基点至0%-0.25%的目标区间，启动大规模7000亿美元量化宽松计划，并与其他主要央行联手确保美元借贷的流动性，在新冠疫情升温之际为快速下滑的全球经济止血。
鲍威尔表示，准备使用所有工具，银行资本金充足，整个体系很坚韧，准备做更多，不认为负利率合适，目前需要更多财政刺激。他称没有做病毒测试，身体感觉很好。
随后，新西兰联储调降指标利率75个基点，纽元应声下跌。央行准备好应对新冠疫情爆发给经济带来的“严重”影响。
紧接着，日内日本央行维持基准利率在-0.1%不变。不过采取额外宽松措施，将年度ETF购买目标增加6万亿日元，总规模达12万亿日元；将日本房地产投资信托基金(J-REITs)购买目标提升至1800亿日元。
尽管以美联储为首的多家央行纷纷出手刺激市场，但投资者似乎并不买账。市场陷入更大程度的不安和恐惧当中。亚市午后恐慌指数VIX期货大涨逾19%。
