克罗地亚监管机构将注销英国和直布罗陀800多家公司
在英国脱欧之际，克罗地亚金融服务监管局（Hanfa）日前宣布将注销设在英国和直布罗陀的800多家公司。
12月24日，英国首相宣布了27国集团和英国之间的脱欧协议。然而，这并没有缓解伦敦的主要金融服务业。
英国公司如果想在欧洲经济区提供服务，就必须在12月31日的过渡期结束前获得欧洲许可证，或者关闭欧洲业务。
Hanfa指出，将被注销的公司包括167家英国公司和3家提供金融服务的直布罗陀公司、59家欧盟基金管理公司、110家英国保险公司、5家直布罗陀保险公司，464家英国保险经销商，以及1家直布罗陀保险经销商。
英国和欧洲的金融市场是相互关联的。因此，ESMA和FCA将通过发布相关金融监管规则以实现平稳过渡。
与此同时，许多经纪商将向欧盟国家申请本地监管牌照，以继续其欧洲业务，也有许多经纪商关闭了欧洲业务。
