港股异动 | 爱帝宫(00286)涨超6% 东莞首家“爱帝宫”月子中心已正式开业
爱帝宫(00286)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.67%，报0.32港元，成交额326.14万港元。
消息面上，爱帝宫昨日公布，其附属公司向东莞富力万达文华酒店(独立第三方)承租酒店客房用作新建“爱帝宫”品牌月子中心(该东莞一号店)，该东莞一号店已正式开业。据悉，东莞一号店采用公司于2022年实现优化的极轻资产模式运营，以进一步降低资本开支及优化财务模型。
东北证券此前研报曾指出，爱帝宫作为月子中心龙头，在维持高市占率和高入住率优势的同时，有望在多个城市实现持续扩张，在开启超轻资产扩张模式后进入高速增长的新阶段。
