RAAM Gunakan Dana IPO untuk Setor Modal Rp39,61 Miliar ke Anak Usaha
IDXChannel - PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) mengumumkan alokasi penggunaan dana penawaran umum perdana (IPO). Sebanyak Rp39,61 miliar telah disetorkan kepada anak usaha, PT Platinum Sinema.
"Dari total nilai tersebut, sejumlah Rp38,96 miliar merupakan 100 persen dari rencana awal penggunaan dana," kata Direktur RAAM, Vikas Chand Sharma di Keterbukaan Informasi, Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Senin (25/9/2023).
Tripar (RAAM) akan Akuisisi 30 Persen Saham Perusahaan Media Enggartiasto LukitaMengacu jumlah tersebut artinya nilai setoran modal kepada Platinum Sinema melebihi dari rencana awal. Vikas memastikan transaksi yang terjadi pada 21 September 2023 tersebut tidak memiliki benturan kepentingan.
