高鑫零售(06808)发盈警 预计中期取得亏损净额约3.7亿元至3.8亿元
高鑫零售(06808)发布公告，预期截至2023年9月30日止6个月期间按照香港财务报告准则计算取得亏损净额约人民币3.7亿元至人民币3.8亿元，而集团截至2022年9月30日止6个月期间亏损净额约人民币0.87亿元。
预期亏损主要由于截至2023年9月30日止6个月期间的供应链业务收缩及保供业务萎缩、业绩不及预期、较去年同期折扣促销力度加大导致销售利润减少等综合因素导致的利润减少。其中，业绩差距主要来自本财年第一季度客单基于去年同期的高基数，本财年第二季度核心业务业绩差距明显收窄。
面对诸多不确定市场环境及宏观因素，集团将一如既往坚持战略定力，持续推动差异化商品力的进程;加速门店重构以提升线下体验;线上多渠道稳步拓展;提升数字化能力，保持财务状况的稳定健康。根据集团过往经验，集团的营收利润旺季在财年四季度，集团将通过优化运营和商品策略，把握年节好时机，做出好业绩。
