集团主要于中国从事销售压缩天然气及液化天然气以及提供运输服务。董事会认为，与Carbonis的合作使集团能够引领碳信用及碳中和格局，确保遵守环境、社会及管治报告规定及履行碳中和承诺。谅解备忘录项下拟进行交易(倘落实)预期将为集团带来新的商机，符合该公司及其股东的整体利益。
