港股异动 | 内房股尾盘涨幅进一步扩大 旭辉控股(00884)涨超44% 碧桂园(02007)涨超20%
内房股尾盘涨幅进一步扩大，截至发稿，旭辉控股(00884)涨42.59%，报0.385港元；远洋集团(03377)涨28.89%，报0.58港元；碧桂园(02007)涨21.18%，报1.03港元；龙光集团(03380)涨18.92%，报0.88港元。
消息面上，11月22日，深圳官宣调整二套住房最低首付款比例。二套住房个人住房贷款最低首付款比例由原来的普通住房70%、非普通住房80%统一调整为40%。此外，有媒体称碧桂园和远洋集团已入选中国金融监管部门正在起草的50家房企白名单。知情人士称，这份白名单接近完成，将在数天内发给银行等金融机构，旭辉控股也被列入。
方正证券表示，“三支箭”将加大力度并均衡发力，“三个不低于”与“白名单”或将正式出台，看好2024年成为房地产行业的企稳之年。惠誉则预期，明年中国房地产市场销售额将持续下降，但降幅将缩小至0至5%。
