中国新城市(01321)更名为“中国新城市集团有限公司”
中国新城市(01321)发布公告，继股东于2023年11月3日举行的股东特别大会上以投票表决方式通过批准更改公司名称的特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2023年11月8日发出更改公司名称的公司注册证书，证明公司的英文名称由“China New City Commercial Development Limited”更改为“China New City Group Limited”，以及公司的中文双重外文名称由“中国新城市商业发展有限公司”更改为“中国新城市集团有限公司”，自该日起生效。
中国香港公司注册处已于2023年11月22日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证书，确认公司的新英文名称“China New City Group Limited”及新中文名称“中国新城市集团有限公司”已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于中国香港注册。
