禅游科技(02660)发布公告，于2023年12月4日，董事会按薪酬委员会的建议及根据股份奖励计划决议向125名选定参与者授出合共705万股限制性股份。在授出的705万股限制性股份中，235.3万股限制性股份授予叶升、杨民及熊密女士，彼等均为公司的执行董事及关连人士。将向选定参与者授出的705万股限制性股份占公司于本公告日期的已发行股本约0.68%。所有705万股限制性股份全都由受托人根据股份奖励计划的条款从市场购入。
