Medco Grissik Akan Jual 482,3 TBTU Gas Kepada PGAS

Pasardana.id– Medco E&P Grisik Ltd menjual gas kepada Jaringan gas PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk(IDX:PGAS) dengan total volume 482,3 TBTU (Tera British Termal Unit) mulai 1 Oktober 2023 hingga 31 Desember 2028.

Sekretaris Perusahaan PGAS, Rachmat Hutama menjelaskan, kepastian pasokan gas itu diraih setelah keluarnya keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral nomor T-935/MG.04/MEM.M/2023 tanggal 11 Desember 2023 perihal Penetapan Alokasi Pemanfaatan dan Harga Gas Bumi dari Wilayah kerja kepada PGAS.

“Perjanjian Jual Beli Gas pada tanggal 19 Desember 2023 antara PGAS dan Medco ini memastikan penyaluran gas sampai berakhirnya periode pasokan,” tulis Rachmat dalam keterangan resmi, Kamis(21/12/2023).

Untuk diketahui, 100 persen porsi saham Medco E&P Grissik Ltd dikusai PT Medco Energi International Tbk(IDX:MEDC).
