宏强控股(08262)复牌低开逾18%，该股昨日跌近94%并停牌。截至发稿，跌18.6%，报0.07港元，成交额48.79万港元。
消息面上，宏强控股发布公告称，董事会获悉，公司主席、执行董事兼控股股东郭栋强(目前透过由郭栋强全资拥有的Best Brain Investments Limited持有公司全部已发行股本约31.41%)就可能销售其持有全部或部分的股份获一名独立第三方(潜在买方)接触。
但于该公告日期，郭栋强与潜在买方概无进行磋商，概无就潜在销售订立任何正式及具法律约束力的买卖协议。董事会亦获郭栋强知会，彼无意向潜在买方出售Best Brain Investments Limited 所持有的股份。因此，潜在销售将不会落实。
