易通讯集团(08031)发布公告，张江亭因其私人事务已辞任其独立非执行董事职位。张先生于其辞任后亦不再担任公司薪酬委员会主席以及公司审核委员会、提名委员会及风险管理及内部监控委员会各自的成员，自2024年1月1日起生效。
于张先生辞任后，自2024年1月1日起，独立非执行董事邝玉莹将获调任为薪酬委员会主席。
