越秀房产信托基金(00405)12月31日发行2200万个递延基金单位
越秀房产信托基金(00405)发布公告，于2023年12月31日，越秀房产基金按每个基金单位3.861652港元的价格向越龙控股有限公司(为越秀地产的一间全资附属公司，且为越秀房产基金的重大基金持有人及关连人士)发行2200万个基金单位，以部分支付2012年投资广州国际金融中心的尚未支付代价。于发行2023年递延基金单位后，基金单位的总数由约48.94亿个增至49.16亿个及越秀地产及其一致行动人士持有的基金单位总数比例由约42.87%增至约43.12%。
假设越秀房产基金并无发行额外基金单位(根据信託契约(若有)将予发行的管理人费用基金单位除外)，转让代价的结余将透过发行合共约2.33亿个每个基金单位3.861652港元的递延基金单位结算。鉴于已发行的2023年递延基金单位数目远低于过往两年每年已发行的递延基金单位数目，预计该结余最早将于2026年12月31日前透过发行额外递延基金单位全数结算。发行全部额外递延基金单位后(假设除根据信托契约(若有)发行的管理人费用基金单位外将不会发行额外基金单位)，越秀地产及其一致行动人士持有的基金单位总数比例将约为45.69%。
