港股异动 | 粤海投资(00270)涨近4%领涨水务股 水务行业或开启下一轮调价周期
水务股近期表现强势，截至发稿，粤海投资(00270)涨3.79%，报6.03港元；中国水务(00855)涨3.29%，报4.4港元；北控水务集团(00371)涨0.57%，报1.77港元。
消息面上，根据浦东水务集团旗下上海南汇自来水有限公司11月20日发布的《告居民书》，本次水价第一阶梯从3.37涨到4.05，涨价20.2%，第二阶梯从4.75涨到5.8，涨价31.4%。调价方案自2024年1月1日起施行。
国泰君安表示，预计水务行业上市公司将会逐步进入下一轮调价周期，水价上涨将为公司带来新的业绩增量；在业绩稳健增长的同时，水务公司估值低、分红可观，货币宽松背景下，高股息率配置价值显著。
