维亚生物(01873)完成完全赎回2.8亿美元1%于2025年到期的有担保可转换债券
维亚生物(01873)发布公告，内容有关Viva Biotech Investment Management Limited(公司全资附属公司)发行的由公司作担保的2.8亿美元1.00%于2025年到期的有担保可转换债券。
根据可转换债券的条款及条件，持有本金总额为1.366亿美元的可转换债券(约佔原发行可转换债券本金总额的48.8%)的债券持有人已行使其选择权要求发行人于2023年12月30日赎回其所有可转换债券，金额为本金的103.08%连同截至该日止(不包括该日)的应计但未付利息。
截至本公告日期，所有可转换债券已被赎回且概无可转换债券仍未偿还。公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请撤回可转换债券上市。该撤回上市预期将于2024年1月10日营业时间结束后生效。
