力量发展(01277)委任浤博资本为独立财务顾问以取代华升资本
力量发展(01277)公布，有关收购目标物业及太塬和泰100%股权，由于公司与华升资本未能就委任函项下的时间表达成共识，公司董事会经审慎考虑后认为，就收购事项更换独立财务顾问乃审慎之举。因此，公司与华升资本已相互同意终止委任函，自2024年1月3日起生效。
董事会宣布浤博资本有限公司(浤博资本，为根据证券及期货条例界定获准进行第 1类(证券交易)及第6类(就机构融资提供意见)受规管活动的持牌法团)已获委任为独立财务顾问，自2024年1月3日起生效，以取代华升资本。
