中州证券(01375)：朱军红辞任执行委员会委员
中州证券(01375)发布公告，中原证券股份有限公司近日收到河南省人民政府关于免去李昭欣的公司总会计师职务和免去朱军红的公司副总经理职务的通知文件。同时，朱军红因岗位变动，向公司董事会申请辞去执行委员会委员职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效(即2024年1月8日)。
本次变动属于公司经营管理中的正常工作调整，李昭欣仍担任公司党委副书记、总经理、执行委员会主任委员及财务负责人等职务，朱军红仍担任公司党委副书记职务，不会对公司的经营管理和业务发展造成不利影响。
