中信建投证券(06066)：“22信投C1”将于1月22日开始付息
中信建投证券(06066)发布公告，中信建投证券股份有限公司面向专业投资者公开发行2022年次级债券(第一期)(品种一)(本期债券)，将于2024年1月22日(因2024年1月21日休市，故顺延至其后的第1个交易日)开始支付自2023年1月21日至2024年1月20日期间的利息和本期债券本金。
据悉，本期债券简称为“22信投C1”，发行总额为人民币40亿元，本期债券票面利率(计息年利率)为2.90%，每手本期债券兑付本金为1000元，派发利息为29元(含税)。债权登记日为2024年1月19日。
