汉国置业(00160)附属拟7.85亿日元收购位于日本大坂的一间酒店物业
汉国置业(00160)与建业实业(00216)发布联合公告，于2024年1月10日，The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 3与卖方株式会社ウィローホールディングス(Willow Holdings Co., Ltd.)订立买卖协议，内容有关收购该物业，代价(含当地消费税)约为7.85亿日元。
The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 3乃根据TK安排而成立，由合营公司贸旺控股有限公司(Optimal Trade Holdings Limited)单独出资及控制，而合营公司则由Best Range Global(汉国的直接全资附属公司及建业的间接非全资附属公司)拥有60%的权益。
卖方为一间于日本注册成立的公司，主要在日本从事房地产投资及资产管理。其由飞鸟井晴彩全资实益拥有，彼为专业物业投资者。
该物业位于日本大坂市浪速区敷津东二丁目5番18号地块。其为一幢9层高的酒店楼宇，总建筑面积约为1042平方米，包括48间酒店客房。该物业位于大坂的黄金地段，邻近南海难波站，该站是大坂最重要的交通枢纽之一，可便捷通往日本铁路线、南海电气铁道线和大坂地铁线。
公告称，合营公司拟将该物业整个出租予日本一家独立酒店营运商以赚取租金收入，这将为建业集团及汉国集团提供稳定的额外经常性收入来源，长远来看将为其作出正面贡献。
