海底捞因吃出塑料碎片被罚2万 海底捞锅底发现塑料碎片被罚
天眼查App显示，近日，杭州捞派餐饮有限公司宜兴第一分公司因销售混有异物的火锅锅底，被宜兴市市场监督管理局罚款2万元、没收违法所得65元。处罚事由显示，2023年8月3日，有消费者在当事人经营场所就餐时发现火锅锅底中有一塑料碎片，该塑料碎片是当事人使用的调料原料外包装的塑料袋碎片。
