JS环球生活(01691)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨1.99%，报1.54港元，成交额649.97万港元。
消息面上，为满足境外市场需求的研发与供应能力，与国际领先机构建立产学研高效的运行机制，2023年12月16日九阳股份发布公告，拟以2亿美元向九阳香港公司进行增资，通过九阳香港公司在香港建设科技创新中心，提升全球市场竞争力。
申万宏源发布报告称，维持JS环球生活“买入”评级。SN拆分至上市，亚太业务保留于留存集团。SN亚太高速增长，九阳内销面临压力。该行指出，公司已完成战略并购，直接进入澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡、马来西亚市场，并预计于下半年完成对韩国销售网络的铺设。香港科技创新中心建立后，有望以此为中心，进行全球业务辐射。
