中国移动(00941)：李荣华获委任为授权代表
中国移动(00941)发布公告，董昕因工作调动原因辞任公司执行董事兼首席执行官的职务，自2024年1月11日起生效。
于董昕辞任后，彼亦不再担任公司根据《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第3.05条所规定的授权代表，李荣华已获委任为公司的一名授权代表，以填补因董昕辞任而产生的空缺，自2024年1月11日起生效。
