杜健存先生辞任独立非执行董事后，彼亦将不再担任董事会审核委员会主席、董事会薪酬委员会成员、董事会提名委员会成员及董事会风险管理委员会成员。
胡锦勋博士辞任独立非执行董事后，彼亦将不再担任提名委员会主席、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及风险管理委员会成员。
卢卫东先生辞任独立非执行董事后，彼亦将不再担任薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员、提名委员会成员及风险管理委员会成员。
