广发证券(01776)发布公告，该公司于2022年11月15日获得中国证券监督管理委员会证监许可〔2022〕2895号注册批复，获批可面向专业投资者公开发行面值不超过200亿元(含)的永续次级债券。
因涉及跨年及分期发行，本期债券名称调整为“广发证券股份有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行永续次级债券(第一期)”，本次债券后续发行名称依次为“广发证券股份有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行永续次级债券(第二期)”(如有)、“广发证券股份有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行永续次级债券(第三期)”(如有)等，不再另行公告。
