宝尊电商-W(09991)拟回购不超过2000万美元的美国存托股及/或A类普通股
宝尊电商-W(09991)发布公告，2024年1月24日宣布公司董事会已授权管理层设立及实施新的股份回购计划，在该计划下，公司可自2024年1月24日起的12个月内，回购其价值不超过2000万美元的发行在外美国存托股(美国存托股，每股代表三股A类普通股)及/或A类普通股，惟须受公司股东于2023年6月15日授出的一般回购授权，及如获通过，将于公司应届股东周年大会上向股东提呈类似的回购授权的范围及限制所规限。
