Pengendali Temas (TMAS) Borong 980 Juta Saham di Harga Bawah
IDXChannel - PT Temas Lestari selaku pemegang saham pengendali PT TEMAS Tbk (TMAS) menambah 1,71% kepemilikannya pada 1 Februari 2024.
Temas Lestari memborong 980.600.000 saham TMAS di harga bawah yakni Rp145 per saham. Dalam sepekan terakhir, saham TMAS bergerak di rentang harga Rp157-Rp170 per saham dan dalam sebulan di rentang harga Rp152-Rp197 per saham.
Untuk mengakumulasi kepemilikannya tersebut, sang pengendali merogoh kocek Rp142 miliar. Kini Temas Lestari menggenggam sebanyak 47.726.381.600 saham TMAS (83,65%) dari sebelumnya 46.745.781.600 saham (81,94%).
"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi," tulis Corporate Secretary TMAS Marthalia Vigita dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (2/2/2024).
Pemegang saham TMAS yakni PT Temas Lestari 83,65%, Publik 17,80%, Faty Khusumo 0,60%, Ganny Zheng 0,40%.
