Topindo Solusi Komunika (TOSK) Resmi Melantai di BEI
IDXChannel - PT Topindo Solusi Komunika Tbk resmi melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Rabu (7/2/2024) dengan kode emiten TOSK. Perseroan menjadi perusahaan tercatat ke-10 di BEI pada 2024.
Dalam pembukaan perdagangan perdananya, saham TOSK melesat 34,4% ke level Rp168 per saham.
Simak Prospek Bisnis TOSK di Talkshow Market Review IDX ChannelTOSK menawarkan sebanyak 875 juta saham baru atau setara dengan 20% dari modal disetor setelah IPO dengan harga penawaran Rp125 per saham. Adapun target dana yang terkumpul sebanyak Rp109,37 miliar.
Bersamaan dengan IPO ini, TOSK juga akan menerbitkan sebanyak 262,5 juta Waran Seri I dengan rasio setiap pemegang 10 saham baru berhak memperoleh tiga Waran Seri I dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp145 per saham.
