易居企业控股(02048)：终止供股及包销协议
易居企业控股(02048)发布公告，有关按“10供12”基准进行供股，于2024年2月29日，包销商行使其权利终止包销协议，理由是公司整体业务或财务或经营状况或前景发生重大不利变动。公司已收到包销商根据包销协议正式送达公司的终止通知。
于本公告日期，公司尚未根据供股发行缴足股款供股股份。由于包销商已终止包销协议，供股将不会进行，且供股将失效。
供股所得款项拟用于满足重组的若干资金需求。然而，即使供股将告失效，包销商在其终止通知中表示，如公司能够在截止日期之前消除重组障碍，包销商愿意提供同等水平的财务支持，以协助公司完成重组。
