消息面上，珩湾科技发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，收入约为9425.9万美元，同比增长约8.6%;公司拥有人应佔利润约为2809.9万美元，同比增加约24%;每股基本盈利约为2.55美仙，拟派第二次中期股息每股10.94港仙及特别股息每股1.42港仙。
截至2023年12月31日止年度，固定网络优先连接(以前称为有线SD-WAN)销售小幅增加至约1458.9万美元，同比小幅增加约1.1%。移动网络优先连接(以前称为无线SD-WAN)销售增加至约4939.3万美元，同比增加约5.6%。保修与支援服务增加约12.6%至2376.5万美元。最后，软件许可销售同比增加约46.4%至651.2万美元。
