汇贤产业信托(87001)预计年度可供分派的金额约2.27亿元，同比减少
汇贤产业信托(87001)发布公告，汇贤产业信托预期报告可供分派的金额较截至2022年12月31日止年度大幅减少。主要原因为受到若干库务项目的影响，包括借贷息率较高导致利息支出增加以及汇贤产业信托2023年中期报告所披露的已变现汇兑亏损。上述库务项目对2023年下半年造成更大影响。汇贤产业信托预期于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得可供分派的金额约人民币2.27亿元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度可供分派的金额为人民币5.75亿元。尽管中国房地经营环境面对挑战，汇贤产业信托资产营运于2023年产生的物业收入净额仍高于2022年，但物业收入净额上升仍被上述库务项目所抵销。
