旭辉控股集团(00884)获调入沪深港通下港股通标的 今日生效
根据上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所港股通标的调整公告得知，旭辉控股集团(00884)获纳入港股通标的，自3月4日起正式生效。
此前，据旭辉集团官微披露，今年1-2月，旭辉于全国交付16个项目超7000套新房。据悉，2023年旭辉在全国61城137个项目交付11.8万套新房，刷新了成立以来的年度交付记录，其中，9675 户提前交付，超 4300 户实现 " 交房即交证 "。
这一成绩的背后，是公司自2019年底首创的“旭辉透明工厂”理念的落地与实施。截至目前，已有106座透明工厂在全国落地，其中80座已成功交付。2024年，旭辉还计划交付8万套物业单位，预计相关开支将超过300亿元。公司表示，将继续努力，以确保交付品质。
