Tambah Kepemilikan, Emiten Low Tuck Kwong (MYOH) Serok 149 Juta Saham TRJA
IDXChannel - Emiten Batu Bara milik Low Tuck Kwong (MYOH), PT Samindo Resources Tbk (MYOH) menambah kepemilikan atas saham PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA).
Sang pengendali, memborong 148.098.00 saham TRJA secara bertahap di harga pelaksanaan Rp281 sepanjang 12 Januari-10 Februari 2024.
MYOH merogoh dana sebesar Rp41,6 miliar untuk menambah 9,8% kepemilikannya. Kini MYOH menggenggam 1.265.646.400 saham TRJA dengan presentase 83,8%.
Sebelum transaksi, kepemilikan MYOH hanya sebesar 74% atau setara 1.117.548.000 saham.
"Status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung, tujuan transaksi untuk penawaran tender wajib atas perubahan saham pengendali paska akuisisi oleh MYOH," tulis Corporate Secretary Samindo Resources dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (4/3/2024).
Sebelumnya Samindo Resources mengakuisisi saham TRJA milik PT Damai Investama Sukses dan PT MSJ Investama Abadi dengan jumlah 1.238.364.000 saham.
Tujuan akuisisi saham TRJA ini adalah salah satu dari strategi pengembangan bisnis MYOH.
Adapun saham TRJA pada perdagangan Senin (4/3/2024) terkoreksi 2,65% ke harga Rp184. Nilai transaksinya mencapai 373 juta dengan volume perdagangan 1,99 juta.
