京基金融国际(01468)收到法定要求偿债书 继续停牌
京基金融国际(01468)发布公告，于2024年3月5日，公司收到一份由代表债权人行事的法律顾问根据公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例(香港法例第32章)第178(1)(a)条或327(4)(a)条发出日期为2024年3月4日的法定要求偿债书，要求公司于送达法定要求偿债书之日起三星期内支付公司与债权人之间的贷款总额连同其应计利息1055.89万港元，否则债权人可针对公司提出清盘呈请。
董事会正就法定要求偿债书寻求法律意见。公司股份继续停牌。
