消息面上，远大医药公布2023年度业绩，公司全年录得收入约105.3亿港元，剔除汇率影响同比增长15.8%；毛利润约65.2亿港元，剔除汇率影响同比增长15.3%；正常化归母净利润约20.4亿港元，剔除汇率影响同比增长0.2%；研发及项目投入约14.4亿港元。董事会建议每股派息26港仙，总计分红约9.1亿港元，已连续分红6年，累计分红约28亿港元。
公告显示，年内，公司共实现77项重大里程碑进展，其中创新产品进展42项；共有30款产品获批上市，其中创新产品5款；公司新增核心专利17项、专利授权118项。此外，通过多年的深耕，远大医药目前已拥有超过200个医保目录产品，其中销售过亿产品16个。
