春泉产业信托(01426)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，收益人民币7.32亿元(单位下同)，同比增加26.8%;单位持有人应占除税后亏损7754万元，去年同期则溢利2835万元;可供分派收入总额2.52亿元，同比减少13.8%;每个基金单位分派19港仙。
于本年度末，由于惠州购物商场“华贸天地”带来的全年贡献，春泉产业信托的物业收入净额同比增长23.3%。然而，营运层面的收益被年内借贷成本大幅增加所抵销，导致可供分派收入总额为2.52亿元(2022年财政年度：2.93亿元)。
