融创中国(01918)公布2023年业绩 拥有人应占亏损约79.7亿元 同比减少约71.2%
融创中国(01918)公布2023年业绩，收入约为人民币1,542.3亿元，同比增加约59.4%;毛亏约为人民币25.0亿元，同比增加约204.9%;公司拥有人应占亏损约为人民币79.7亿元，同比减少约71.2%;每股亏损1.43元。
公告称，毛亏的增加主要由于集团于本年度计提的物业减值拨备有所上升所致。亏损收窄是由于2023年集团完成境外债务重组取得其他业务收益所致
2023年底，该集团连同其合营公司及联营公司的总土地储备约为1.54亿平方米(权益土地储备约为1.02亿平方米)，总土地储备货值预计约为人民币1.7万亿元(权益土地储备货值预计约为人民币1.13万亿元)，其中未售土地储备约为1.1亿平方米(权益土地储备约为0.73亿平方米)，未售土地储备货值约人民币1.23万亿元(权益土地储备货值预计约为人民币0.81万亿元)，充足高质量的土地储备是支持集团逐步恢复正常运营的坚实基础。
2023年，该集团在不懈的努力下，在101个城市完成约31万户房屋交付任务;2024年集团将继续积极承接保交楼支持政策，多措并举，全力以赴，争取完成超过20万户交付目标。
