港股异动 | 芯片股早盘集体拉升 中芯国际(00941)涨超3% 中荷就光刻机输华等议题深入交换意见
芯片股早盘集体拉升，截至发稿，上海复旦(01385)涨5.06%，报10.8港元；中芯国际(00981)涨3.35%，报15.42港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨2.53%，报15.4港元。
消息面上，3月27日，商务部部长王文涛在京会见来访的荷兰外贸与发展合作大臣范吕文。双方重点就光刻机输华和加强半导体产业合作等议题深入交换意见。
此外，长电科技股东大基金、中芯国际联合转让股份。股份转让后，磐石香港或其关联方将持有长电科技4.03亿股，占公司总股本的22.54%，成为长电科技的控股股东，磐石香港的实际控制人中国华润将成为长电科技的实控人。中国华润承诺，将解决与华润微的同业竞争问题。
